❓ Can I cancel my order?

Yes, until the deadline. After the deadline, cancellation is not possible.

❓ What is the weekly order deadline?

By Wednesday 23:59 (UK time), typically.

❓ Mikor kapom meg a rendelést?

A rendelést a konyha azonnal megkapja. Ha legkésőbb szerdáig leadod, akkor még azon a hétvégén kiszállítjuk. Ha csütörtökön vagy később adod le, akkor a rendelést a következő hét hétvégéjén szállítjuk ki. A szállítás időpontjáról telefonon értesítünk.

❓ Can I modify my order for this week?

Yes, until the deadline. Placing a new order for the same week will replace the previous one.

❓ How is the handover done?

The courier hands over your order item by item. Please check the items at delivery.

❓ What if my order is incorrect or incomplete?

Notify the courier immediately at delivery. If you notice later, call us the same day.

❓ What if I fail to collect my order?

No automatic warning is sent by the system. There is no “order not accepted” option. Please order only if you can collect.

❓ What payment methods are available?

You can pay in cash upon delivery, or by bank transfer – the latter only with prior phone arrangement.

❓ How far in advance can I order?

You can order up to 2 weeks in advance.

❓ What counts as an eligible order?

A minimum £50 order at WadHús. Only the friend’s first successful, delivered order qualifies.

❓ How do I invite friends?

Open your profile’s Referrals section, copy your invite link or code, and share it via Messenger, WhatsApp, email—anywhere.

❓ Are there any limits?

No hard limit: you receive one free delivery per invited friend’s eligible first order. Only one free delivery can be applied per order.

❓ Invite link vs code — what’s the difference?

The link already contains your code so the recipient just clicks. The code can be entered manually during sign-up.

❓ I think a reward is missing. What should I do?

Please email us at info@wadhus.uk and we’ll check it.

❓ What do I get as a reward?

You get one free delivery per eligible friend. Rewards stack; the system will auto-apply one to your next order.

❓ Can I use my own code?

No. Self-referrals or referrals within the same household are not eligible.

❓ Where can I see my free deliveries?

On the Order page under the “Delivery fee” badge, and in your profile’s Referrals section.

❓ What is the referral program?

Invite friends to WadHús. After each friend’s first order of at least £50 that gets delivered after the weekly cycle closes, you receive one free delivery.

❓ When is the reward granted?

Automatically after your friend places an order of at least £50 and their weekly order cycle closes (after the deadline).

❓ Where can I see my previous orders?

In My Account, under My Orders.
